We are the first US aftermarket company to bring performance to the 4 stroke Arctic Cat turbo line up and since 2006 we have been working and designing products for the Arctic cat 1100 big twin. We designed our own turbo system utilizing some of what we believe are the best parts in the industry. Carrillo Rods, JE pistons, ARP head studs, Stand alone ECU's. Back in early 2007 we produced almost  500 HP before our competition had even seen the inside of one of these big twins. And our passion will continue to develop as will our products.

1100 Turbo Exhaust Manifold - T25 Flange

Cast from metals designed for turbo charged applications. JD developed this high flow manifold to accommodate a large varity of different turbos that have the T25 style flange. Factory heat shield locations are kept the same so you can utilize factory shields. A cast manifold is for strength and performance by keeping the heat in and the air moving. This is a must for all who want a large turbo and do not want to cut your factory manifold or make one out of stainless tube that will eventually crack.

Z1 - F1100 Reflash Programs

 Since 2009 JD Powersports has been flashing the Z1 Turbo and F1100 with amazing results. With countless hours of dyno time on our in house superflow 902 and real world testing, data logging and tuning we are able to offer our customers a extremely fast and fun sled to drive. Many factory parameters have been altered to give you better safety warnings.  We have single maps, four channel maps and 2 channel antilag available. Our 4 channel wiring comes with all sealed connectors, machined mounting pod to retain the map selector switch that is placed where the power outlet is located on the sleds pod, this is all plug and play with no wires needed to be cut. Also if you were to remove switch and wiring the ECU will default to the factory HP.  Custom maps are availble to fit your personal needs.         

#1   Enhancer flash. This flash raises your revs to 9000 rpm with an timing curve made to get the most out of your D&D HiJackers/ EZJackers (tm)  This flash also has the extended range protection above the factory 8300rpm. You can add an optional knock light to this flash and have the ability to visually monitor knock.          $ 99.00

#2   Single flash.  aka "just a little bit more" This has been said by many of our customers to be the biggest bang for the buck in the industry. #3   4 channel trail.  Pick from 4 different hp maps that all run on pump gas with channel #1 made for 87 octane and channels #2,3,4 for use of high test pump gas. #4   4 channel race. This flash has the widest range of power that we offer. Channels 1,2 are pump gas. Channel 3 is high test pump gas with octane boost or 10% race fuel added. 2009-2011 Z1 Turbo Charge Tubes

Factory 2" ID mandrel bent alluminum charge tube. Bead rolled ends, powder coated black or green for long life and great looks, provisions for water methanol, 5 ply silicone elbows and 4 ply silicone couplers to withstand high boost pressures. F1100 Charge Tubes

Made from high quality silicone 4 ply turbo hose to withstand extreme boost pressures and high temps that your modified F1100 may will encounter.  With the position of the charge tube running over the top of the of the turbo and engine we went with the silicone tubing over aluminum to reduce heating of the charged air temp. This is a direct replacement to the OEM and requires no modification to install. T-bolt turbo clamps shown in picture are 100% stainless steel and are (not included) with closeout price.

                                                                 STM MOTOR MOUNT              

                                                                                                                                                                                           Billet Aluminum Motor Mount that secures the engine to the Diamond drive case and chassis at the same time limiting motor movement during acceleration. Allows the use of the stock rubber snubber.  Bracket is attached to the engine with a custom made shoulder bolt and is dampened with a hard rubber mount. The mount is now supplied with a shim kit to correct the horizontal alignment problems that the Z1 has. The shims are slotted to aid in installation. The rear hard to reach rear shim comes with a rod connected that allows the shim to be installed with out removing the engine. Step by step illustrated directions are supplied with this product.

A must have to deter belt blowing problems on the Jaguar Z1 turbo.

                     STM RAGE IV BILLET QUAD PRIMARY

 

 

RAGE IV Billet 4-arm Quad Primary Clutch.

Now available for the Z1 TURBO ARCTIC CAT and XR1200 SKIDOO 

Available for all oem tapered crankshafts. Available in 8.0, 8.25, and 8.5 diameters.  Also available in a screw on or quick change spider.  Rigid reinforced design for higher horsepower applications. The Rage IV is capable of using any cam arm on the market.  We have incorporated a pin size option for every clutch we make by providing a pin conversion design in the moveable sheave.  Pin conversions are available in 1/4, 5/16 fixed pin (arctic cat) and 8mm diameters (specify when ordering).
 

The cover is designed to use Skidoo TRA, Arctic Cat or Polaris springs providing a wide variety of spring rates to choose from. Each clutch assembly comes with assembly - disassembly tools.

        STM TUNER SECONDARY

 

 
Bolt on replacement for the 2008/2011 JAGUAR Z1 Turbo! We are now stocking a new improved G-FORCE GATES belt made specifically for the Tuner Z1 combination. See part # 4525141 in the Drivebelt catagory. 
 
A complete billet secondary for the diamond drive.  A simple bolt on that utilizes the old style OEM Arctic Cat helixs and springs providing a much wider variety of tuning options.  The TUNER is made from T6061 aluminum and heat treated steel hub and towers.  The movable sheave has reinforced towers for the higher HP applications when needed.  Weighs 1/2 lb more then the stock driven.   It also has a belt deflection adjuster (no shims needed) and non wearing rollers.
 
The TUNER wakes up the diamond drive creating better up shift and back shift.  This bolt on will give your Diamond Drive a wake up call with eliminating belt heat that plagues the stock driven. 
 
The Tuner comes with no spring or helix . We offer spring and helix combos for an additional fee.The Tuner requires a longer belt and does not use the stock Arctic Cat belt. The supplied instructions list the manufacturer and part number for the proper belt needed for your Tuner.

The TUNER is available in 10.6, 11.0 and 11.25 diameters (Specify when ordering).
The 11.0 diameter drops right in the JAGUAR Z1, F7,  ZR900,  M & F Series and Crossfire.

Available with roller cover or button cover. 
We have added an option of a billet roller cover available in natural finish.
The button cover is also available in billet  natural finish.
